JDTA has designed these policies specifically to help with the organization and continual success of the tennis program. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, comments, or requests.

Managed Account

  • Ideal for players who want to set their schedule as they go.

Managed Account

 

  • JDTA will work with the player/parent to help design an ideal training schedule.

  • JDTA will take care of registering the player for the elected clinics/lessons.

  • Players get a reserved spot in the programs they have picked out.

  • Players must notify JDTA if they are unable to attend a clinic/lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled clinic/lesson.

  • Monthly discounts become available through training bundles.

  • Accounts will be charged on the 1st of each month

 

Self-Managed Account

 

  • Players are responsible for signing up for clinics/lessons on their own at least 24 hours before the time of the clinic/lesson.

  • Slots in the clinics are determined on a first come first served basis.

  • Players must notify JDTA if they are unable to attend a clinic/lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled clinic/lesson.

Player Policies:

 

  • Players will be separated and placed into training groups based on skill level and age in order to create the best training environment possible for everyone training.

  • Players are required to demonstrate good sportsmanship, self-control, and conduct.

  • Any slamming or throwing racquets, profane language, negative attitude, or any other inappropriate conduct that disrupts a program will not be tolerated 

  • Upon first infraction, players will be warned. After the second infraction, JDTA reserves the right to remove the player from the courts for the day or program altogether.

  • Intoxication on the tennis court will result in immediate dismissal.

  • Accident reports will be filled out immediately for anything that happens on court.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

  • JDTA will notify clients of cancellations 24 hours prior to clinic/lesson.

  • In the event that a clinic/lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours prior due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, players/parents will be notified as soon as possible and have their account credited.

  • Out of courtesy to our Pros, clients are required to cancel 24 hours prior to their scheduled clinic/lesson. Failure to do so will cause a late cancellation and the clinic and/or lesson will charged/non-refundable 

 

*The first cancellation by a player not within the 24 hour window will result in a warning, not a charge. 

 

Training Bundle Rescheduling Policy

 

  • If a player has purchased a Training Bundle and finds out they are unable to make it to one or more of their selected days then JDTA will do our best to help you reschedule.

  • In order to be eligible for rescheduling the player must do so within the same month, and they must have abided by the cancellation policy.

 

Self-Managed Account Policy:

 

*For your convenience, all players are required to have an online account to help track visits, provide contact information, and notify about upcoming classes. 

  • Players are responsible for signing up and cancelling 24 hours prior to clinic/lesson through the website, JDTA App, or by contacting JDTA.

  • Pay-as-you-go players must sign up 24 hours in advance of the clinic/lesson. 

 

JDTA Managed Account Policy:

 

*For your convenience, all players are required to have an online account to help track visits, provide contact information, and notify about upcoming classes. 

  • JDTA staff will work with the player/parent to create the ideal training schedule for the player.

  • JDTA will manage the account and take care of all clinic/lesson registrations.

  • Players must notify JDTA if they are unable to attend a clinic/lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled clinic/lesson.

  • Players must have a credit card on file

  • Accounts will be charged on the 1st of each month. 

 

Additional Policies:

 

  • We know life happens and we will work with you to reschedule or credit your account for later use at your convenience. 

  • At the end of the month unused clinics are non refundable unless you have contacted us in advance. 

  • Clinic cancellations will be listed on the website.

  • Each player must submit emergency contact information and provide us with a list of allergies.

  • Out of respect for our Pros we ask that parents stay off of the courts during clinics/lessons as well as refraining from coaching their kids from the side of the fence
